The best referral I have ever seen from a Sabre-eBooks.com Author, Jim Fetters

May I also suggest that you contact Jeff Stevenson directly for more info. information@sabreenterprises.com He’s the best when it comes to self publishing and goes above and beyond to do right by his clients! And no, sadly, I don’t get a commission for referrals. But after dealings with a couple other self publishing places, Jeff is the only one I found to be upfront-honest, keep his promises and deliver a high quality book very quickly!

Welcome Historical Fiction Author Dan Sullivan to Sabre-eBooks.com

Challenge and adventure have always been two key elements to my life.  As a young boy growing up in a small town in Oregon my rather unique parents allowed me to roam the mountains around our town with a rifle in hand and my dog in tow.  As the fourth of five boys, I loved the solitude of the Blue Mountains and spent the time I had dreaming up fantastic stories while aching for somebody to listen to them.  As early as third grade I would write short one act plays that my schoolmates and I would act out in front of the blackboard to the delight of my class and teacher.  In high school I wrote features for the school newspaper and short stories for my friends, using them as the actual characters.

After graduating from Oregon State University in 1987 and spending a few years working in the finance industry, I discovered the wonderful world of travel.  My first trip outside the U.S. was a three month backpacking trip around Europe, from Galway, Ireland to Santorini, Greece.

With my appetite whet for more adventure, I returned home to take up scuba diving, sailing, mountain biking, and backpacking, while continuing to write.  I completed my first novel, “Downwind Run” shortly after returning from my first sailing trip to the British Virgin Islands.  Shortly after my marriage to Amy I talked her into quitting our jobs and leaving on a 15 month around the world honeymoon, the topic of my first published book, “Travels with Amy”.  During a summer of long bicycle rides with my brother Dale we cooked up the idea for “The Greatest Patriot”.   I’m currently working on the second book in the Kennedy series of three fictions.

I currently live in Boise, Idaho with my wife and two children where I am a branch manager for Bank of America Home Loans.  While my passions obviously lie elsewhere, my professional background has given me the marketing and business acumen to sell a book like “Patriot”.  I am a talented public speaker, an experienced networker, and a personable salesman.

Many of my stories come from personal experiences and many of the scenes in stories take place in areas of the work which I have actually traveled.   I am a scuba dive master, a sailor, a history buff, a restorer of classic cars, and a cancer survivor.  I have traveled extensively in Asia, Central America, Europe, the U.S. and the Caribbean Sea.
